Unfortunately, Facepunch Studios has a strict policy when it comes to pricing, so you\u2019ll rarely get discounts from them. Even when you do, it will be something like 10%. So if you want to play the game, you\u2019ll have to buy it for what it\u2019s worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rust is a survival game designed by Facepunch Studios. However, it\u2019s not a typical survival game. Quite the opposite. In Rust, you get to experience the feeling that ancient humans and tribes must have experienced. The world is harsh, you can\u2019t trust anyone, and death can come at any time, in any form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Rust Console Edition?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A survival game available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, where players must gather resources, build shelters, and fight for survival in a harsh and unforgiving world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current PC version of Rust is the one that was released in February 2018. Since then, the game has been refined numerous times. And in its current form, it\u2019s perfectly playable and full of challenges. But if you prefer PlayStation, go ahead!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rust<\/a> has Battle Royale features, such as the ability to steal a player\u2019s loot after you\u2019ve killed them. This means that killing is incentivized, and that\u2019s a scary thing that pretty much removes all forms of trust outside of well-established groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re not friends with the players outside the game, you\u2019re not very likely to become friends with them inside the game. This is one of the fundamental principles of Rust: don\u2019t trust anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Playing Rust on the Console<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rust is primarily a PC game but that doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t play it on console. Facepunch Studios has made it available for both PS4 and Xbox One. For both of these consoles, the experience is smooth and doesn\u2019t differ all that much from the one on PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rust Console Edition Double allows you to play the game on both of the consoles mentioned above. However, if you own a good PC, you should probably still play the PC version because this is a survival shooter game that will require you to aim well. What better device for that than a mouse?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
